HAYS: "Yeah, absolutely but I think that we’re missing a part of the story here where candidates for the Democrats are out raising their Republican counterparts significantly as well as the other committees with the democratic congressional committee and the democratic Senate campaign committee. So, yes, the DNC at large is underwater and in debt. They don’t really play a huge part in the midterms for Democrats anyway so I think Democrats are fairly confident with the money they’re raising, the candidates are raising and the committees are raising to be successful this year in the midterms."
