Danielle Alvarez: Floridians Will Reject David Jolly’s Extreme Liberal Ideas
EXCERPT:
ALVAREZ: "No, I don’t believe that that would be the case. The reality is that Byron Donalds had a decisive victory in a very crowded primary. Of course, he joined the race, over a year and a half ago we'd been at this, I consider it a marathon for a year and a half, kicking off with President Trump’s endorsement, but what followed was discipline and dominance from Byron Donalds, capturing nearly 50 percent of the vote that’s come in so far. What you get with David Jolly is a former Republican who then was a Washington lobbyist, then an MSNBC pundit, and is someone who has openly said he would apologize for Florida. That’s something that Floridians are going to soundly rejected. He has accepted extreme liberal policies, the extreme liberal ideas of the very fringes of his party. I think he’s really going to be brought down by the top of the ticket, which is going to be the Senate race. Nixon, who was endorsed by DSA, it’s gonna be a real problem for Democrats come this November."
