Peter Schweizer: Iran’s Revolutionary Guards Are the ‘Ascendant’ and ‘Most Radical’ Power
RUSH EXCERPT:
SCHWEIZER: “There’s some internal revolts and Iran for their people talking about the fact there’s a lot of tension for example between the revolutionary guards which are the ascendant power which are the most radical power and there are people in the regular army that do not quite share that ideology. They do not have a voice now they have not had a voice in a long time. Is it conceivable the Iranian and military might try to get rid of the revolutionary guard and replace the government? That’s certainly a possibility. That’s part of what Trump is trying to do. Mark you have talked about this it’s been had been reported that Trump’s focus a lot of the military strikes against the revolutionary guard they’ve hit the regular military when necessary in the navy for example an air defense system. But they’re not going after the heavy Iranian army targets. The target is those guys want to kick out the revolutionary guards but at the end of the dam kind of where you are."
