HASSETT: "We have a lot of tariff revenue coming in that had to be refunded and over 10 years you are looking at a couple trillion dollars reduction in the deficit.  we cut 300,000 federal government worker jobs, though  cbo not giving us credit for the fact those people aren’t coming back anytime soon, they are taking savings and multiply by 10.  there’s a lot of growth going on, things that Kudlow has taught me, when you’ve got a manufacturing boom, 80,000 construction workers, all sorts of growth will give you revenue surplus, dynamic effect of the tax bill.  there’s a lot of progress to be made to the cbo is not giving us credit."
