Jacob Soboroff: Part of Trump’s Larger Scheme to ‘January 6th the Midterm Election’ Is Demanding Red States to Redraw Districts in His Favor

‘To undermine free and fair elections’

EXCERPT:

SOBOROFF: "And as of this moment, polls are now closed in Connecticut, as well as Alabama, where something pretty interesting is unfolding, actually. If you follow this stuff as closely as we all do here, you might recall that Alabama already held its primaries back in May. Do you remember that? But they are voting again today in districts that are newly redrawn to why? Erase a majority black district and oust the black Democrat representing them. Donald Trump demanded these red state gerrymanders to rig the maps in his favor and his party come November. It’s part of this larger scheme, you know, by the president to January 6th the midterm elections, in other words, to undermine free and fair elections and to retain power for his party by any means necessary. And the president, who is near singularly focused on his voter suppression bill, he calls it the SAVE Act, he is not exactly being shy about his disdain for our democracy."
