PAYNE: “By the way, next to that, we should also put what the income is. So the income is like 22, 23 percent, but you're paying almost 40 percent, that's more than your fair share, right? So, I mean, that argument on his face is just ridiculous. It's always been ridiculous. And by the way, whenever you ask what is fair share, you haven't gotten a straight answer for 20 years, from when Obama used it to when now these socialists are using it. So what is it they really want, Sandra? Because I just can't -- I know that these are people who have some -- you know, a lot of them are educated to the point where at least they can do math.”
