Whistleblower at Texas Children’s Hospital Details Biden-Era DoJ Weaponization And FBI Interrogation Over Medicaid Fraud Allegations

‘The FBI came to my house… they knew what I believed… and they told me that if I did not collaborate with them, that they could not protect me’

EXCERPT:

SIVADGE: “The FBI came to my house on a Monday evening in the middle of dinner in July of 2023. And the first thing they said when they arrived at my door was that they knew what I believed. And they had come to my home because they knew of my views against transgender medicine. The second thing they told me was that I was a person of interest in an investigation targeting a leaker, Dr. Haim. But I didn't know who he was at the time. They just said a leaker. And they told me that if I did not collaborate with them, that they could not protect me, and that my safety and my career were at risk. I remember the day just a few months after I became the government witness in this False Claims Act case, where I had my relator interview. Now, many people probably don't know what that is. But what it is, is what it's supposed to be, is a neutral opportunity for government lawyers to question the witness and to determine the facts of the case. Except this time, I walked into a conference room in Houston, Texas, and there were 25 FBI lawyers sitting around a table. And for the next four hours, I was not questioned. I was intimidated and interrogated.”
