BERMAN: “You have one measure which does look like it will appear on the November ballot, which is the so-called billionaires tax, this referendum, this one-time measure for that. How do you feel about a one-time tax on billionaires in California?”
CHU: “Well, of course, considering the fact that it's just a one-time tax, it's not a solution overall. On the other hand, I do support the measure because it does provide income for something that is being hurt just enormously right now, which is our health care debt.”
