It’s the worst thing you can do to pursue a defendant. Holding back evidence of that defendant’s innocence. And the ruhle comes from a case called brady versus Maryland. So it’s the brady rule. And people who aren’t even lawyers know about a brady violation and what Donald Trump’s imagined crime caused is for Jeanine Pirro to create a fake case against an innocent American. And then her lawyers ran into brady when they realized that the department of interior had all sorts of exculpatory evidence proving that their case had no merit at all. And the Department of Justice takes a brady violation very seriously. It’s not something that federal prosecutors do."
