WASSERMAN SCHULTZ: “And anything right now, from my point of view, that distracts from showing voters that you care about their life being totally unaffordable means that you show you don‘t get it. And so we‘re in the field right now across America, running grassroots, door to door, neighbor to neighbor campaigns, and I know we‘re all hearing from voters, I know I‘m hearing from my voters, that they care about the fact that their grocery and health care bills are too high, as well as gas and housing, and that this administration is out of control, Donald Trump is corrupt and is essentially profiting off the presidency, and that he‘s dismantling our democracy. So while we‘ll be focused at the doors locally on those issues, Republicans will be distracting people from — attempting to distract people from things that they care about, and it‘s just not going to work."
