Scott Jennings: Trump Could Probably End Max Miller’s Stubbornness to Quit His Reelection Campaign

‘But there‘s still a few days to go’

RUSH EXCERPT:

JENNINGS: “Well, I don‘t know, honestly. I mean, I‘ve been reading that some Republicans are expecting miller to drop his campaign or maybe even drop out of Congress. Maybe the president thinks it‘s going to resolve itself without his direct public intervention. Maybe he thinks he‘s already said privately what he needs to say. I don‘t really know. I think it‘s pretty telling Caitlin that a lot of Republicans in Ohio and around the country are sort of publicly now saying, look, trying to give max some advice, which is put your family first. There‘ll be time for politics later. And move on from this. But it‘s obviously not resolved tonight. And they‘re not very many days to go. I do think, frankly, the president is someone who could probably end this right now if he wanted to, because he is close to Max Miller. So obviously he declined to do that today. But there‘s still a few days to go.”
