WARREN: “He accomplishes it, I think, by being very clear about his message. He is about corruption. That’s what the first one is. Get money out of politics and costs, put money back in your pocket. And then he specifies, particularly on health care. He is really tight on those two issues. And that’s something that’s affecting everybody. I don’t care if you’re a registered Democrat or registered Republican, you’re not registered with any party. It is the heart of what’s happening on the ground in America right now. And it is ultimately the strength of these campaigns that are built on grassroots, not on millions of dollars of outside money that comes in, but the real, you know, the $10 contributions, the people who volunteer, the people who knock on doors. I think that’s the real shift that we’re seeing. And I’ve seen Abdul, I’ve been there with him to campaign with him. He connects with people and reminds them, ultimately, the power is with people, it is with voters. And that energizes folks to get into it, to get into this fight. That’s how we’re going to win in November.”
