Do you think that’s a good strategy? Because Lankford is saying it could open up these issues for Republicans if there’s a Democratic Senate in the future."
MOODY: "No, look, I think tomorrow we're going to address the resolution, and I think Rand Paul feels very strongly that you can’t have him coming in and pleading the Fifth in this situation. I think he also believes, ultimately, this will wind up in a court and that will be clarified by a court, and I think that’s probably necessary as we move forward."
