KEILAR: “A pair of ethics investigations on Capitol Hill have Republicans scrambling to sort out who will actually run in some key congressional races. Congressman Chuck Edwards announced that he will end his reelection bid for North Carolina‘s 11th district. A House Ethics Committee probe found what it calls substantial evidence that Edwards repeatedly made unwanted advances toward two young female staffers. Committee members also are taking the rare step of recommending that the full House vote to censure Edwards.”
