BALLASY: "Do you have a response to the Kentucky governor saying you should be calling from McConnell to put out a video or some verbal confirmation that he’s in good condition?"
PAUL: "I don't have the time — "
RAND PAUL'S STAFFER: "Sorry, we don’t have time right now."
BALLASY: "Just thought you wanted to respond to Beshear, because he's saying that you should be calling for that after calling for Fauci to address the American public. That was his exact statement, that you should've called for McConnell to do the same. Senator, can you tell us anything about this situation with McConnell, if he should've released a video?"
