MORENO: “This is the most important thing you’ll report. Democrats blocked a measure that would have been signed into law tomorrow that would have stopped insider trading among members of Congress. The Democrats blocked that. We had a bipartisan bill that came out of the House. 13 Democrats voted for it. Every Republican. Democrats blocked it. Think about that for a second. The Democrats want insider trading to continue. We also offered a measure for simple voter ID. And the Democrats blocked that. So, they don’t want voter ID and they don’t want to end insider trading. That’s a headline.”
