Ruben Gallego Calls GOP Primary Candidates a ‘Slate of Losers’ Who’ll Do Everything Trump Wants Them to Do

GALLEGO: “Basically, anytime Democrats win, it must have been stolen from them. It’s not just that they have horrible politics and they’re horrible politicians. But the fact is, you know, if these guys win by some sheer miracle because I don’t think they are, this is pretty much a slate of losers. But if they win, they will actually do whatever this president wants them to do in order for them to secure the 2028 election for Republicans. So I’m glad that we have a slate of Democrats going to stop these guys. These are probably the worst of the worst Republicans that are running. Luckily, the Arizona voter is fairly moderate, believes in democracy, whether Democrats or Republicans are independent, and they’re going to stop these crazies from being elected. But it does not mean that we can really trust the DoJ, DHS or anything that really is going to be led by Donald Trump is not going to act in a nefarious manner come 2026 election. So we have to prepare for every possibility”
