That means is knowing What those Child’s needs are and Education Is not the same it can’t be forced top down from Washington We Have Seen you know throughout our country now there shortage of uh You Know Our Skilled Workforce in But We need To Be Able To Build This New Intelligence Sector And So Not Every Child Needs a College Education Let’s Develop the Skills That Children Have A Natural Propensity For And Not Force Them Into You Know, a Path of Education. This is not going to serve them well We need Electricians and Plumbers and we Need HVAC Operators and We Need Data Engineers all Of that so let’s the Let’s Provide The Kind Of education for them get them into pathways toward That education starting you know in even an elementary middle schools high Schools I Love High School Is Now They’re Working With Our Community Colleges More Vocational or Technology Schools So That There Are Dual Diplomas When They Graduate and they Already Have You Know Certificates From Uh our Trade schools so that Can Go Right Into The Workforce when They Finish High School If Want To Continue with Their Education And Get more Courses Here from College That’s Fine, if Not They can Start Earning a Living We know in Our Country Today for Every Five of Our Skilled workforce That are Retiring Only Three Are Coming Back Into The Workforce and By 2030 If We Don’t Close That Gap It Will Be Down About 2.1 Million And Our Skilled Workforce So There’s A Lot Of Change that Needs To Happen in Education all for the good we’re Just Recognizing Everything Doesn’T Have to be For Your College But Those Professions They Do Needed Doctors Lawyers Engineers Etc Let Provide The Best education for them but Not Look down our Nose As We Used to do For The Skilled Workforce Because They Are the Ones That are in the Highest Demand"
