‘Half of Americans don’t have passports’
TRANSCRIPT:
SUBRAMANYAM: "I think the president is trying to push a bill called the Save America Act. I've spoken out quite a bit about why that’s a bad idea. It would effect — disenfranchise millions of people, Americans who — including any woman who has ever gotten married and changed her name because of that. Half of Americans don’t have passports. If you don't have a passport, it affect you. Even if you do have a passport, if you're a woman who changed her name, you'd have to go find your birth certificate and authenticate your name. Otherwise you might be booted off."
