The Tate brothers will remain in custody, at least until their lawyers meet again on Monday. Their lawyer says that they’ve already spent days in solitary confinement. Now, the extradition process itself can take months, depending on what challenges are brought, so we’ll have to see how long that lasts. It’s also worth noting, Phil, that two sources familiar with all of this are telling CNN that as of now, President Trump is not expected to get involved with the Tate brothers’ extradition case.”
