EGBEWOLE: "I think it puts a lot of candidates on the democratic side that are running in purple, those very key swing districts at a risk of having to answer for a lot of this platform which we know will never be enacted. We will never abolish the Senate but I think this is the short sighted view of a lot of folks on the far left and a, they are more interested in making blue districts more blue and the math does not map that way if you want to win the gavel and be a party that actually gets to make a difference in power, you have to get the majority. And that does not seem to be a concern of them and it puts a lot of the weight on those that are more pragmatic running in areas that we can actually flip."
