BANKS: “Every generation has a Supreme Court decision that is so bad, you hear about it and you read about it and you think how could the Supreme Court ruled in the way that they did? That recent decision to just came down that struck down President Trump’s ban on birthright citizenship is one of those decisions that I had so many friends and hoosiers reach out to me and say how could this be the case? It was a 6-3 decision to strike down President Trump’s executive order. Justice kavanagh said in his concurrent decision and although Supreme Court justices even the ones on the wrong side of this, all nine of them agreed the children of invaders are not eligible for birthright citizenship."
