Concha: I Can Definitely See John Fetterman Becoming an Independent

‘And Fetterman was the only Democrat that I could see that stood up and said, ‘We can’t support this person [Platner], he’s not part of this party and this is not the direction we want to go’’

EXCERPT:

CONCHA: "I could definitely see him becoming an independent, Stuart and, yes, maybe to the Republican side, because of this issue. He has been more of a supporter of Israel, you put him right up there with President Trump and some other Republicans, and the fact that he sees where this party is going in terms of the anti-Semitism — he spoke about Graham Platner, I can’t repeat the words that he said, but again, this is the guy who called out Democrats for going to the mat, like Ro Khanna, for this guy Platner, who is a Nazi tattoo guy, who embraces communism, who abused women, who said black people don’t tip, who bashed Purple Heart recipients, and still Democrats wanted to support him because, well, it’s all about power, I guess. And Fetterman was the only Democrat that I could see that stood up and said, 'We can’t support this person, he’s not part of this party and this is not the direction we want to go.' So he's frustrated, I don't blame him, and now a switch to being either an independent or a Republican is likely before the midterms."
