Sen. Marshall says Sen. McConnell Has Done ‘More than Enough’ to Update the Public on His Ongoing Hospitalization

‘He’ll be back’

EXCERPT:

BALLASY: “Well, let me ask you about McConnell, too, because you guys are going to be, you'll have her up here, but you still have McConnell not voting. Do you think he's put out enough to the public, information to the public, to reassure them about his health? Just that picture, do you think, some people are saying he should have a video out to, like, show proof of life. What do you think about it?”
MARSHALL: “I think he's done than enough, I think I'll take John Brasso and John Thune's word as gold. Listen, Leader McConnell's tough as nails. This guy survived polio. He, for days on end, he went through therapy. I mean, people have no idea how tough he is. I don't have any doubt if there was a vote for the Supreme Court justice tomorrow that he'd find a way to be here for that. I think he'll be here when we need him, and I just would never count him out. He'll be back.”
