HONIG: "You know how you know there‘s nothing to this election fraud theory, and you know how you know they know? There have been zero criminal charges. Here we are coming up on six years after the 2020 election. Donald Trump has been in charge of DoJ, along with Todd Blanche and Pam Bondi, for a year and a half now. Not a single criminal charge. And this is not a DoJ that‘s shy about charging political causes. This is the same administration that charged Jim Comey criminally with a felony for '8647' with seashells. This is the same DoJ that charged Letitia James for $1,000 worth of mortgage fraud. And yet they‘ve charged nobody anything to do with 2020 election fraud. So, all the talk is just talk. They‘ve not put anything behind that. And by the way, it‘s too late now. We‘re five and a half coming on six years. The statute of limitations on almost every federal crime is five years. So this will just be rhetoric backed by nothing."
