HOMAN: “Look, I’m not going to comment on an ongoing investigation. I — in the first shooting with Renee Good, I was asked that same day about it. We’ve got to let the investigation play out. And the credibility of ICE, what happened to that agent? He was indicted. So, if our agents violate policy, they violate the law, if we find that out through the investigation, the U.S. attorney there took quick action, and they’ll be dealt with. And we’re going to hold our officers to high standard and — but we got to wait for the investigation to play out because who knows, is there body cam footage, is there cell phone videos, like what happened in Minnesota, there was actually a city camera captured something. So let the investigation play out. If the officers acted outside policy or illegally, they’ll be held accountable.”
