Jennifer Welch: ‘Graham Platner’s Problem Is He Should’ve Run as a Republican’

WELCH: “Because this is not in the MAGA world. In 2016, Trump endorsed Roy Moore, a pedophile, for Senate. He endorsed him. And so, for them to try to lecture us when — of course, Graham Platner, those accusations have legs. My empathy goes with the bravery of that woman for speaking out, and he has to drop out of the race. Period, full stop, end of story. But we’re not going to sit around, everybody — this is what I hate about politics, Pumps. You’ve got, like, the establishment Dems that are, like, we told you about Graham Platner, and then — and then the Republicans, we told you — OK, here’s the deal. We’re either fighting fascism or we’re not. Graham Platner, sit down, get out of the race. And we need to get somebody in here to beat Susan Collins, who is yet another domestic terrorist. She has terrorized women. And let me just say this. The accusations against Graham Platner are not disqualifying for Susan Collins. The exact same accusations were there against Kavanaugh. Scott Jennings has no problem with that. Susan Collins has no problem with that. Graham Platner’s problem is he should have ran as a Republican and then he would be the senator, because they don’t have an issue with this.”
