So, I know that Tom Emmer is not anyone I am interested in hugging, frankly, and he certainly would not be thanking me for my support of a bill, the Laken Riley Act, which strips immigrants of due process and allows for indefinite detention of adults and children, which I think was absolutely thepolicy that gave the green light to Donald Trump to terrorize our people And the reality is my primary opponent, Congresswoman Craig, supported the Laken Riley Act. She, three days into the second Trump Administration, voted 10 toes down for Donald Trump’s immigration bill, and now Minnesotans have had to deal with the consequences of that vote.”
