Cory Booker Says He Forced Chuck Schumer to Make Democrat Senators Publish Their Diversity Statistics After Seeing All White Staffers in Committees

BOOKER: “What I came to the centers are you, and I were talking about lieutenant governor on this- is only a little over a decade ago I was the only African American in the Senate and I just looked around and I was stunned that it was the least the first place I’ve ever worked. You would entire committees that had all white senators and all white staffers on those committees. I ask question: we a black president at the time I said well, which less or asking questions, what percentage of are our pension funds or being managed by emerging leaders. Women run companies black on companies. Zero, not one dollar in pension funds were being fed. The more questions I was asking, the more frustrating and frankly, angry.”
