STERN: “I think this was a very partisan decision by Justice Kavanaugh, very similar to his decision in the tariffs case, frankly, where he is delivering for the president who not only nominated him, but went to bat for him when Christine Blasey Ford accused him of sexual assault. I think he remains very, very loyal to Trump. And I think he reshapes his jurisprudence and his constitutional principles in line with what Trump demands at any given moment. And that is very disturbing, not what we want to see from Article 3 judges and thankfully not what we saw from Amy Coney Barrett and John Roberts, at least in this particular case.”
