HAASS: “You know, coming back to our previous conversation, we were talking about it around the table, something we ought to be talking about, why don't we go after the Iranian oil that's traveling by land? Why is it they should have an exemption there? We blockade them through the strait, why don't we think about blockading them on land, whether it's rail or truck? We ought to basically say you can't benefit from oil unless everybody benefits from oil.”
