Stephen Miller: Congress Should Codify Trump’s Immigration Program and Give Him the Tools to Expand It

MILLER: “Well, I think what President Trump would say, if you asked him right now, is that Congress should codify the Trump immigration program and then give him the tools to expand the Trump immigration program. And there’s certainly elements of that in the bill that you described. But basically, if you look at our policy right now, the president has a travel ban on dozens of countries that, from a fundamental security standpoint, are unsuitable for migration to the United States. We are fully and finally enforcing the public charge rule to prevent the admission of people who are going to be welfare burdens on the United States.”
