JORDAN: “Well, he’s obviously given preferential treatment to non-citizens. I mean, that’s — it’s supposed to be equal treatment on the law. But what he’s doing it with his decisions on charging and on a plea agreement, he’s saying exactly what he said in his, on his website to the voters in Fairfax County. I will take into account their immigration status, their deportation status when deciding what to charge. So you got an American who commits one crime, same crime as an illegal migrant. He’s going to go lenient, he’s going to go lesser on the illegal migrant. It’s supposed to be equal treatment under the law here in the United States. So that is the big problem.”
