Steve Hilton: Even the Democrats Are Saying Xavier Becerra Is ‘Completely Useless’

HILTON: “Well, I mean, look, if you look at the more recent polls, that RCP average is actually, hasn’t caught up with what we’re seeing. I mean, there’s another one out today, and then the one yesterday, both of which had me leading on about 23 percent. Xavier Becerra second on 20 or 21. And so, he really has moved to the top of the Democrat field. But, as you say, it’s Democrats who are saying he’s completely useless. Biden Administration senior officials saying he’s a joke. And just in the last few days he’s been compared to Joe Biden, Becerra, by other Democrats. He’s been described as Gavin Newsom continuity. And then yesterday, someone described Becerra as Karen Bass statewide, and this is Democrats. So, I don’t understand why the machine is flocking to Becerra. I guess because he’s actually, in some ways, their dream come true.”
