REPORTER: “Over the weekend the first 20,000 Baltimore Orioles fans to get into Camden Yards were able to snag a Tupac bobblehead. It honored the late rapper who spent his teenage years at Baltimore School for the Arts. But the O’s and the city did more. Mayor Brandon Scott dedicated part of Greenmount Avenue as Tupac Shakur Way. The spot is close to where the rapper lived in North Baltimore.”
