PULTE: “And so, it’s the safety and soundness issue as far as I’m concerned. And also, you know, Congress charged my position with making sure that there’s a competitive market. And when people are increasing prices 100, 300, 500 percent, in the case of credit scores, 1000 percent in a period of years, it shows great disrespect for the American people and we can’t let it happen. So I think you’re going to see, again, whether it’s builders or mortgage insurers or title insurance, I think you’re going to see some really good further news. You saw what Secretary Turner and I did with VantageScore the other day thanks to President Trump’s leadership and we’re going to be able to get some of these costs down. I feel very confident in it. And we need to restore the American dream. You know, we need to restore the American dream and we’re working every day here in Washington to make that happen.”
