BLANCHE: "I think I reacted like a lot of people in that room, there was obviously initial confusion, and law enforcement, I think what everybody saw in the room, and I was in the briefing room an hour later and saw a lot of the people that were in that room, along with me, was the great work of law enforcement. I mean everybody virtually immediately felt safe because the law enforcement presence in that hotel and in that conference room was overwhelming, so, while I didn’t know what had happened, nobody did at first, I felt safe, and obviously, the night unfolded as it did."
