DOMENECH: "Well, the thing to understand, and you hear it there in the expression of what happened because of being on that list, the SPLC exists in order to essentially provide a basis for government and lawfare against conservative groups. They add these groups to the list, but with vague determinations that include them alongside the most radical fringes and silly things along those lines. But what they are trying to do is to undermine the ability of anybody to give to those places, the ability of you to be able to give to them as a charity, the ability of them to be included in the various nonprofit networks that are huge in terms of providing donor dollars to them. They are designed to undermine, defund and put them into a fringe category, and then to justify additional prosecution and in many cases deplatforming by Silicon Valley and social media saying, 'We won’t platform hate because you are on this list,' even when you are just Moms for America. I mean, come on. It’s ridiculous."
