REPORTER 1: "Well, there’s been an ongoing back-and-forth between Baltimore City Mayor Brandon Scott and Inspector General Isabelle Cumming. Yesterday, Cumming shared an AI-generated video of the mayor smoking a cigar, holding shopping bags and drinking alcohol."
REPORTER 2: "She took that video down, apologized in writing, saying this in part: 'I apologize to mayor Scott, my dedicated OIG team and the residents of Baltimore City. This post detracted from the important mission of the OIG to investigate waste, financial abuse and fraud. It will not happen again.' The mayor’s chief of staff sent a letter to the ethics board calling for an investigation into that post. Cumming has not commented on the letter."
