JOHNSON: “We have to. We've got to make sure that the homeland is protected. And there's been lots of consternation amongst lots of members about how this devolved. It's not the fault of the Republican Party, it's the fault of the Democrats, because they decided to break off, again, after -- remember, they helped negotiate the bipartisan, bicameral homeland bill, and then they decided for political purposes they would pull off ICE and CBP, Immigration Enforcement and Border. And you can't do that.”
