KUDLOW: “Justice Department is requesting document from Federal Reserve, no criminal indictment. No nothing, subpoena for documents, my argument is that Federal Reserve has no right to disregard that Justice Department’s request. Is the agency of executive Branch of government, next thing you know treasury will ignore DoJ . It is insanity. But I am saying if they want those documents, it is up to Federal Reserve to give them, they are not doing it.”
