KAPUR: “I want to mention to you some words that some focus groups of Democrats we talked to in Michigan and Maine used about the Democratic Party. Weak, spineless, floundering, ineffective, distracted. Does that sound about right to you?”

PLATNER: “I think I might use all of those words to describe the Democratic Party on a daily basis. So, yeah, that sounds right to me.”
