SMITH: "It’s a shame that were at this point, the reason by route this point because the Democrats have put illegal immigrants ahead the safety of U.S. Citizens by defunding the Department of Homeland Security in refusing to find ice and customer Border Patrol that’s what we have to look at a tool that can bypass the Democrats and threaded needle like no other. We have very narrow margins in the house and the Senate in order to make sure that we fully fund customer Border Patrol ice and deliver additional priorities."
