Pete Peterson: ‘The Votes That Were Going to Swalwell Have Been Split Among Several Democratic Voters’

‘So we are still in this incredibly historic place that there is still a chance‘

RUSH EXCERPT:

PETERSON: “I think what we are seeing in the media polls was there was really some hope that it was going to bring some of the more moderates to the fore as far as the Democrats were concerned. I think what it’s shown is the votes that were going to Swalwell have been split among several Democratic voters, and as it stands, at least several of the polls that I’ve seen it’s still two Republicans at the top. It’s still Hilton and bianco at the top. So we are still in this incredibly historic place that there is still a chance. That being said, the number 1 percentage vote getter, so to speak, is the undecided. Still around 20-25% undecided voters. So much more than where the Swalwell voters are going to go,”
