SHARPTON: “I think you have a few that stand out. At our convention, National Action Network, Wes Moore certainly stood out. I think Kamala Harris stood out. I think they want a fighter. This is not one to sit back and calculate your moves. This is not one to say that, you know, is this going to poll right. They want somebody that will get in the ring and say, you knock me out or I’ll knock you out, Donald Trump. And that’s what they want because he’s upended everything this country’s morally stood for. He’s a felon arguing with the Pope and had his secretary of war misquoting the Bible. What else do you need to say? Who’s going to stand up and fight this guy toe to toe? And I think that’s — you’re right. I think that’s what America is waiting for. Who will step up?”
