Brian Cox: Conflict Rules ‘Prohibit Wanton Destruction’ and Require Identification of Military Targets

It is so if Iran, or if Hamas, Hezbollah at these groups are the Iranian government, if they decide they’re not going to comply with rules of law of consequently or launching missions Israel, the United States and anyone else involved especially from western countries we will still comply with our obligations. But it’s not really all that challenging to continue compliance even if an adversary refuses to because conflict exists to prohibit wanton destruction as long as we identify what it is we are attacking and weight direct our munitions against the military”
