GOP Rep. Cole: Hard to Negotiate with Dems Over DHS Shutdown When They ‘Keep Breaking Their Word’

COLE: “It is frustrating because the Senate Democrats are breaking their word. Look, they agreed to the deal that we had. They said they could pass it under the way we sent it to them. As a matter of fact, we sent it to them the way they asked for, and they had agreed to it. So it's hard to negotiate with people that keep breaking their word, and Senate Democrats are doing that.”
