EXCERPT:

TESTER: "Well, I don’t know when you’ll see at the grocery store, but I’m telling you, farmers are feeling it already. Let’s start with the tariffs. Hasn’t been a very good situation. It’s increased input costs, raised hell with our markets. And now with energy prices going up, we use a lot of energy in agriculture. And this is going to cut another hole in. The margins are not that — they’re not that good right now. They’re very, very slim. Increased energy costs is ultimately going to — there’s going to be a lot of farmers go out of business because the tariffs, there’s going to be a lot more go out if these energy costs keep going up and they stay up."
