I hope they’ll seriously look at our offer on Homeland Security, which is to fund TSA, FEMA, cyber security with CISA — that’s what it’s called — as well as the Coast Guard, and allow the negotiations on the ICE and border control negotiations, those reforms to continue. I think this would be the smartest way to do this. They’ve got a ton of money anyway this summer, which I didn’t vote for, but they did. So why not fund this part of it right now?"
