Steve Moore: There Is No Shortage of Oil in the World, There’s a Shortage of Infrastructure

VARNEY: “I want people to understand this. There's no shortage of oil in the world. There's no shortage of natural gas. The world is awash in oil and natural gas. What we don't have is the infrastructure in place and the security to make sure that the oil and gas from the United States, from the Middle East, and other countries are getting to the places they need to get to. And that is why a critical priority for the U.S. should be to make sure that we have the pipelines, the LNG terminals, all of the infrastructure you need to make sure we can get the oil to where it's needed and natural gas where it's needed.”
